The organisation is funded by donations and revenue from industry training courses, events, an e-library, toolkits, guides, resources, and consultancy services. This role is key to supporting their members and the training they deliver. Based in Sydney CBD in shared office space, you'll have the flexibility to join the team on anchor office days and work flexibly too. Ideally, this 3–6-month contract will see you working on Mondays and Wednesdays, but they are accommodating to other day preferences. A snapshot of your role….
- Manage data input from EOIs (Expressions of Interest) and oversee sign-on processes
- Assist with incoming and outgoing calls and shared enquiry inboxes, responding appropriately and escalating to relevant team members as needed
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project and data progress ensuring clarity and relevance in conveying milestones, insights, and outcomes
- Distribute sign-on materials and information packs to new members, ensuring accurate input into the CRM. Verify and maintain contact details for target services to uphold data integrity and effective communication channels
- Manage SurveyMonkey and handle data extraction and analysis from responses and feedback
