ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Forster NSW 2428 this position will be a full-time position.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and greet clients
- Answer incoming telephone calls and update phone register
- Appointment setting
- Handle general client enquires
- Co-ordinate the general office environment
- Data entry and other administrative support when required
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, ordering stationery, petty cash, mail and banking
- Receipting of invoices
- Preparation of debtors statements
- Prepare client fees
- Daily taxation return lodgments
- Prepare outgoing correspondence

- Displays a reasonable knowledge and understanding for an accounting office environment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- No formal qualifications are required for this position.
POSITION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Basic experience in an accounting office environment
- Experience with handling a telephone system
- Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Sound knowledge of general office reception and administration procedures
- Maturity, stability and responsibility
POSITION EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- ATO Portal
REMUNERATION
- Remuneration will be based on experience pursuant to the clerical award.
