The Armidale School (‘TAS’) is a co-educational Anglican boarding and day school with a Junior School (Pre-Kindergarten to Year 5), Middle School (Year 6-8), and Senior School (Year 9-12). The School has an enrolment of approximately 670 students, including over 230 boarders.
The Armidale School is an inclusive School with a range of departments, faculties and facilities that require a high level of administration. The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative assistance to the Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager.
Requirements of the Role

The successful applicant will be required to work between 0.8 and 1 FTE, with flexible working arrangements available if required.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Experience handling of creditor accounts (accounts payable)
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Experience working in a busy administration and accounts office
- Capacity to support in the Enrolments and Development Offices with events
- Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- A willingness to learn and assist others as required
- An ability to prioritise a range of tasks
- Demonstrated experience in accurately dealing with confidential personal information
