We are a well-established Financial Planning firm located in the Sutherland Shire specialising in Superannuation, Investment, Retirement Planning and Insurance advice.
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to come on board to join our small and friendly team.
About the role
The Administration Assistant will support the advisers in the provision of advice to new and existing clients. Experience in Financial Planning is not essential, but your willingness to learn is. Salary is dependent on experience.
About you
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning administration/support role will be highly regarded.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills and knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organised and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Well presented.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all client requests and enquiries.
- Assist and support Financial Planners in daily administration duties for both new and existing clients.
- Implementation of all advice recommendations.
- Liaising with product providers to conduct research.
- Preparing of general advice documents (SOA's & ROA's).
- Diary management for the principal adviser and assistance with making, booking, and confirming client appointments.
- Preparing of client portfolio review meeting packs.
- Lodging and following up all client administration requests from start to finish.
- Maintenance of client data base through Customer Relationship Management software.
- Filing and scanning.
