Are you working in Administration in Accounting, Tax or as a Financial Planner Assistant?The Role:-
* Working closely with the Owners, Team & Clients.
* Point of Contact for our Clients & the Partners.
* Responding to Client Calls, Emails & Faxes.
* Scheduling Meetings & Appointments for the Director & Advisors.
* EFTPOS & Cash Handling
* Processing Financial Planning Documents & Applications.
* Processing Accounting, Tax Documents & Applications.
* Processing Documents, Mail & Emails for our clients.
* Assisting the Accounting, Tax & Financial Planning Team.
* Office purchases & ordering.
* Office & Facilities Support.
* Using Technologies such as Advisor Logic, Xero, MYOB, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom & Timely.
* Time Management.
