The Opportunity
They are seeking an enthusiastic person who is looking to start their career within administration. This role is predominately an Administration Assistant role with aspect of reception to it. You may be required to cover lunch and leave for the current receptionist. This role has a lot of mentorship and guidance to support you growing into an amazing administrator. Some of your key responsibilities could include:
- Reception
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Drafting correspondence
- Data entry
- Preparing client documentation
- Assistance with diary management for a group of busy Directors
- Booking director and staff members’ travel
- Ad-hoc duties, as required, such as banking, stationary orders, checking inventory, etc.
- A reliable team player
- Excellent phone manner and personal presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Good attention to detail
- Enjoy multi-tasking of general office duties
- Completion of a business administration related certification
- Enjoys working within a team
