The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a junior Administrative Assistant to work in our Sydney office on a full-time basis, supporting either a transactional or litigation-based practice.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Answering phone calls;
- Diary management;
- Billing;
- Coordinating team meetings/events;
- Archiving
- Mail merging documents and formatting; and
- File management.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have some administration experience and be looking to further their career in a law firm. You will have excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting and have the ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative. Strong attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines will be essential to this role. This is a full-time position with core office hours being between 8.30am to 5pm.
