ADW Johnson is a Surveying, Engineering, Town Planning and Project Management practice with offices in Warners Bay, Tuggerah and Sydney and a team of over 120 staff.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Administration Assistant to join our Administration department at our Warners Bay Office. The position will be full time 5 days/week commencing early July 2024.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone and direct calls;
- Typing;
- Preparation of End-of-Month Invoicing;
- Formatting and proof-reading reports;
- Recording incoming/outgoing mail deliveries;
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms;
- Banking;
- Delivery of documents to Authority Departments;
- Scanning and saving documents; and
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
To be successful in this position we require the following skills:
- Certificate in Business Administration (Preferred);
- Have a positive and friendly “CAN DO” attitude;
- Be a team player;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and personal presentation skills;
- Excellent typing and proficient word processing skills;
- Competency in the use of all Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Projects & Outlook) Adobe Systems (Acrobat, In-design, Photoshop);
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work cooperatively under pressure as part of a team;
- Current NSW Drivers’ License; and
- Permanent Australian Resident.
