The Opportunity:
As the Administration Assistant you will become an integral member of the Space Program. You will be responsible for the provision of administrative support and office management/co-ordination.
You will provide a variety of activities in support of Space Program and have the opportunity to work on and support specific projects, business, and leaders.

Skills and Experience
- Experience with calendar scheduling/meeting management and coordination including proactive planning, action tracking and follow up
- Experience in taking meeting minutes/action points
- Event coordination, assistance with logistics for LM Space participation at trade shows/conferences
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and senior management and providing regular updates
- Experience of applying initiative and judgement to ambiguous and changing situations
- Travel coordination, ensuring compliance with Company Travel policy
- Acquittal of employee travel expenses using SAP Concur and assisting employees with their travel credit card management
- Willingness to learn and develop individual skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Strong customer service skills and experience
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations
