About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a client onsite in the Muswellbrook, NSW location on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar Administrative role is essential
- Prior PA/EA experience is highly advantageous but not essential
- Current Order 43 Preplacement medical is highly regarded
- Ability to manage diverse and conflicting priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation skills, attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
