Your new role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing documents, coordinating with councils, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The primary responsibilities include:
Handling CDC (Complying Development Certificates), CC (Construction Certificates), and OC (Occupation Certificates) documents. Forming documents and ensuring they are accurately prepared and completed. Submitting documents to the council for approval and tracking their progress. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for all documentation. Responding to emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with CDC, CC, and OC documentation processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
