About the Position:
In partnership with our leading client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant based within Kwinana Beach, WA. This position will be Monday to Friday Roster, 38 hours per week, works hours 11am â 7pm with possible over for an initial 5-6-month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
receiving truck drivers, logging their documentation and confirming bookings
training will be provided to be able to oversee weighbridge operations
filling and organising of documentation for receipting
filing and email monitoring
needs to be available for Day and afternoon shift but notice will be given a week in advance to allow for flexibility for the candidate.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills required
