Munro Doig is a friendly and inclusive specialist private client services law firm based in the Perth CBD. Our clients include small and medium enterprises, individuals and charities. Our practice areas are primarily in taxation, commercial law, estate planning and migration.
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant. The position is available for immediate start.
The role involves:
- Receptionist tasks including: meeting and greeting clients, attending to phone calls, arranging staff appointments and attending to miscellaneous tasks and errands (including daily visits to the post office and bank, as required).
- Administrative tasks including: ordering stationery and kitchen supplies; photocopying and scanning; sending correspondence; taking client payments; administering petty cash; filing using our practice management system.
- Providing support to lawyers and legal assistants, including word processing and file archiving.
The successful candidate would ideally possess the following attributes:
- Excellent phone manner and ability to take detailed messages;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have a high level of accuracy in grammar and spelling;
- Punctual and organised;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- A positive approach and willingness to learn.
