As an experienced Admin Assistant, you will help propel us forward as we establish ourselves as a market leader.
About the role
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the remote/virtual office. This includes Managing inbound enquiries, assisting with schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Customer Service: Develop deep, trusting relationships with customers, ensuring exemplary customer experiences. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone, email and/or JIRA where we create, prioritise and track issues and leads.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information as needed. Use of inhouse CRM to capture inbound enquiries/leads with some prequalification questions and assist with invoicing where necessary.
- Support for Various Departments: Provide support to different departments as needed, including sales, support and trainers by performing tasks such as scheduling, follow ups, managing inbound enquiries via JIRA and other internal systems. Communicate requests for software support through appropriate channels. Collaborate closely with customers, and product teams to enhance Brevity Care solution and customer satisfaction
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.

Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably within SaaS industry
- Experience in community support, NDIS, aged care preferred industry highly regarded
- Impeccable communication skills as 50% of your day will consist of inbound customer enquiries and support
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to assist and support others
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Experience with JIRA, Hubspot or similar platforms a bonus
