The Opportunity As our Business Support Manager, you will take pride in ensuring our office is organised and the business is running at optimum levels. This opportunity will suit if you want a role you can make your own, with a team that values your support and expertise.

From organising sales reports to maintaining our activity planner, you'll provide vital administration to the General Managers in all areas of the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys being 'hands on' and thrives in a continuous improvement environment.

During a typical week, your work will include:

Administration:

  • Accounts Administration - Coordinate with our external finance team with day to day account activities (expenses, payments & adhoc projects)
  • Office Administration - Smooth and efficient running of office (maintain regular meetings, events, office supplies, travel arrangements)
  • Manage our service provider relationships
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees

Sales support:

  • Answer phone calls and direct email enquiries to the sales team
  • Prepare sales and customer reports by product code and region
  • Manage Activity Planner

This is a 32 hour week role and aside from Mondays, (which are an essential on site day), you can choose how to structure your work week, incorporating 1 day per week from home. We value work/life balance and want to support you to be the best you can be.

About You You will be an energetic professional who enjoys people contact and prefers to be busy. You are looking for a varied role with good support structures in place to ensure things are done correctly.

You will be computer savvy and have previous experience working with ERP systems (we use Netsuite). You pride yourself on your communication skills and are looking for a long term role where you are an integral part of the team and company.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar support role
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Suite with Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous exposure to CRM or databases
  • A mature outlook and focus on trust
  • A customer-centric approach

It goes without saying that you pride yourself on your attention to detail and understand the importance of being a great brand ambassador at all times. A sense of humour will also set you in good stead, as we enjoy a laugh in the office!
