About the Role
The Administration and Client Services Officer is a valued member of the Facilities and Maintenance Services Team and will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive support for F&MS operational activities through the application of sound administration and project administration skills by providing professional, confidential and efficient Administrative and Project support services that meet the business needs of the Corporate Services – Infrastructure Unit. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of a high level, professional administrative support services within a high pressure & dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and or maintaining an effective, efficient and compliant procurement framework for services and supplies in a highly regulated industry such as Public Health.
- Experience in conducting stocktakes and technical and non-technical process reviews. Highly desirable to have experience in quality systems.
- Demonstrated higher level interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to create positive and lasting relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated a high level of organisational, time and information management skills. Have the ability to work independently and effectively manage competing demands and priorities with limited supervision.
- Ability to contribute to planning activities of a business unit and develop, implement and coordinate effective administrative systems.
- Demonstrable experience with technical libraries, principles of record keeping and document management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in management of the initiating process improvement projects and managing those projects to completion
Employment Type: This is a full-time position (40.00 hours per week + one ADO per month)
Salary: Admin Officer Level 6 $77,358.32 gross per annum
