Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking an Administration Attendant who will also work at our
Customer Information Desk at Park Beach Plaza.
ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a bubbly, customer focused admin extraordinaire with a keen eye for detail and experience in the area of accounts and/or leasing. The role encompasses a mix of office and customer facing work within Park Beach Plaza, with the successful applicant versatile enough to work where the need arises. Initiative and a keen willingness to contribute what is required as a key part of our Centre Management Team is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIESYour key responsibility as a
Customer Information Attendant will be to ensure that our customers and retailers always receive prompt and accurate assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for external phone calls for shoppers, retailers and the general public, issue gift vouchers and undertake general administrative duties. You will maintain registers, process payments and assist the Centre Manager in the case of emergency.Working as Office Admin, you will also work with the team to assist in the areas of casual leasing, sales and accounts, marketing assistance and liaising with tenants.
Essential criteria:- Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and Data Entry
- Accounts experience
- Customer service experience
- Friendly, flexible and team oriented
- Current Police Check

This position is Part Time for approximately 20 – 25 hours per week (hours are flexible to suit applicant), working across the roles of office admin and
Customer Information. The successful applicant will thrive off the variety of the role and maintain flexibility to work where the needs of the business arise on a day to day basis.
