Job Description: Administrative Assistant and Lead GeneratorPosition Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant and Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate team by handling administrative tasks and actively contributing to Lead Generation efforts. Your ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and proactively seek out new business opportunities will be essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Duties:

    • Assist realtors in organizing, building, and expanding the firm.
    • Handle clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
    • Manage communication channels, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Prepare and distribute documents, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Implement Lead Generation strategies to identify potential clients.
    • Utilize scripts and follow-up protocols to engage with past clients and neglected leads.
    • Conduct regular follow-up calls with past clients to check on their well-being and inquire about any real estate needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the center of influence (COI) network.
    • Collaborate with real estate agents to identify new business opportunities.
    • Identify potential clients through referrals and networking.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.
    • Offer assistance and resources related to home ownership needs.
    • Refer clients to trusted professionals for home-related services.
    • Cultivate a positive image of Key Smart Realty as a reliable resource for all things related to homeownership.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles or real estate is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Customer-focused mindset.
    • Familiarity with Lead Generation techniques.
