As an Administrative Assistant and Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate team by handling administrative tasks and actively contributing to Lead Generation efforts. Your ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and proactively seek out new business opportunities will be essential.
Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Assist realtors in organizing, building, and expanding the firm.
- Handle clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Manage communication channels, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and distribute documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Lead Generation:
- Implement Lead Generation strategies to identify potential clients.
- Utilize scripts and follow-up protocols to engage with past clients and neglected leads.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with past clients to check on their well-being and inquire about any real estate needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with the center of influence (COI) network.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through referrals and networking.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.
- Offer assistance and resources related to home ownership needs.
- Refer clients to trusted professionals for home-related services.
- Cultivate a positive image of Key Smart Realty as a reliable resource for all things related to homeownership.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles or real estate is preferred.
- Skills:
