Administration and Marketing opportunity for Machinery Distributor, Beerwah.
We are a small family-owned business, importing specialist Machinery from Europe and distributing Australia wide. We also distribute our own designed, and Australian built products.
We are a small but very dedicated and passionate team, looking for the right person to fulfill this essential role.
General Duties include:
- General Administration tasks - answering phones, emails, digital filing etc
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Customer New Machinery and warranty documentation
- Marketing - Social media and website updating
- Basic Accounts management - invoicing, bank reconciliation.
Experience with Social Media Marketing, Xero and CRM platforms preferred.

- Willingness to take on other admin tasks as the need arises
- Be willing to undergo regular Employee Performance reviews
Option will be given to use either PC or Mac for desktop and phone.
Probationary period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.
Part time with the potential to become full time for the right person.
