Sales Support

Peak Marketing is a Corporate Merchandise firm located in Virginia with offices in New Zealand and China.  Peak is a market leader in the supply and creation of marketing products, uniform ranges and outdoor visibility items. We are currently looking for a new team member to work along side a solid, dedicated and dynamic team. 

The position will assist our Key Account Managers and customers with support throughout day to day dealings with Peak Marketing. 

The ideal person must have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills with a high proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite. An ability to work towards multiple deadlines is a must.

This role will require you to work with customers, suppliers and Account Managers on a daily basis, so being a strong multi-tasker, having a can do attitude, bright personality and high energy will see you fit right into this role and enjoy the success you contribute to the culture of our team.

Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Account Support for designated fulfilment customers for AU/NZ
• Sourcing and quoting of products from suppliers AU/NZ/Overseas.
• Complete presentations and quotes for customers as required
• Completion of accepted presentations through to production
• Work to provide for designated catalogue fulfilment customers specials and projects to promote stock sales for AU/NZ
• Produce monthly client reports
• Update of online ordering websites
• Managing daily orders from various customers
