As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as scheduling,
- Rostering: Assisting with scheduling and ensuring our team members are efficiently deployed.
- Answering Phone Calls: Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries from clients and team members.
- Emailing: Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Stocktake: Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with Clients and Team Members: Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
These duties are crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
While experience with Office 365, Excel, and Xero is a bonus, it is not necessary as we are willing to provide training to the right candidates.
