Our Firm is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Administration / Office Manager - someone with proven experience (ideally in a professional services firm), and who is highly organised, efficient and delivery focused. Someone who can identify a project and see it through with determination and care from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Supervising and managing a team of approximately 13 support staff nationally
- Having sound knowledge and hands on experience of all aspects of work undertaken by the Legal Admin support team
- Responsibility for the day-to-day and entire operation of the NSW office ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy law firm
- IT management with our external IT consultant as well as day to day IT set up, maintenance and support
- Facilities management
- Office records management
- Systems and procedures management
- Executive projects management
About The Role
To be successful in this role you must have a strong desire to provide top quality support and possess exceptional project management skills. You will be reliable, personable and extremely organised. Ideally, you must have:
- proven experience in office management ideally in a professional services firm
- well-developed problem solving skills
- strong leadership and management skills
- high attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as you will be regularly in contact with clients, suppliers and other third parties
- natural ability to build strong relationships with all staff from junior assistants to top level management
- advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Additionally, it would be ideal if you have had previous experience:
- working with Lexis Nexis Affinity practice management software
- managing the IT function within a medium sized firm
