In this role, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize operations, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional experiences every step of the way. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for:
- Crafting and executing strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and accelerate growth.
- Overseeing end-to-end supply chain management, from sourcing to distribution, to enhance agility and reduce costs.
- Streamlining logistics and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing innovative inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Elevating the customer experience through personalized service and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and development to empower our teams to thrive.
- Previous experience in operations management or relevant C-suite roles, with a proven track record of success.
- An understanding of the global fashion industry and emerging trends would be highly regarded.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of e-commerce & wholesale operations
- Experience working in overseas markets and navigating complex international logistics.
- A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
