About the role
This role will have you overseeing the Reception desk and working collaboratively with the administration team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to -
Act as a first point of contact for customers - providing a great customer experience
Managing the mechanics’ schedule and relaying booking details to customers
Answering phone inquiries
Administrative duties – entering and updating information into the Customer Management System, processing invoices, End of Month tasks
Assist customers with general queries when the sales representatives are shortly unavailable, adhoc administration and filing
Note: This role is primarily located at our Tailem Bend site, however, there may be the requirement to work from our Meningie site on occasion
About you!
Automotive knowledge is ideal, but not essential.
You will be patient and have the ability to liaise with high end customers
You will have immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills - going above and beyond for customers
Experience in an administrative role
Previous experience using Xero highly regarded
Previous experience working with high-volume phones and a busy customer service desk
You will be highly motivated and go above and beyond
