Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties
  • Administer enforcement processes of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) and provide assistance to Assistant Bailiffs as required.
  • Receive, verify and respond to specific enquiries for the Civil Division, via the front counter, telephone and electronic mediums and seeking advice where appropriate.
  • Provide procedural advice and assistance to Court users in relation to the progress of civil and tribunal matters.
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondence in relation to specific civil and tribunal matters.
  • Undertake administrative duties to prepare the registry file for progress through conciliation and/or hearing, including entering details in CRMS.
  • Provide assistance to senior staff and Magistrates.
  • Undertake Finance actions for the Division as required through CRMS.
  • Undertake duties in relation to the Division’s exhibits and archiving.
  • Assist with Division filing as required.
