MG Roberts Plumbing Pty Ltd, is Tasmania’s only Ozzi Kleen Distributor, and one of their largest and longest standing service agent teams.
We are seeking to appoint an efficient, self-motivated, reliable, customer-focused person to join our administration team.
This position is a permanent/part time position. 12 hours per week, set days and times can be negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence
Assist with our scheduling of jobs using our in-house program for our field members
Maintain and update company asset databases
Stock control and management
Debt recovery
Process creditor payments
Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
The candidate will need to have:
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Honesty, positive attitude, self-motivated, attention to detail attributes
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and to be able to communicate clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint) applications and keyboard skills
Basic knowledge of Xero Accounting system (not essential)
2 years administration/office experience
