The Administration Officer is critical to the success of the social enterprise efficiently handling administration and communication tasks.
The Role:
- Working with internal stakeholders on contract management
- Administrative tasks dealing with customers
- Ensuring paperwork required for site inductions and compliance is completed
- Monitoring various portals for referrals and employee information
- Scheduling of work crews
- Managing work orders in the system
- Generating invoices
The Person:
- Highly organised
- Understanding work scheduling
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent communications skills
- Some accounts background would be desirable.
