- Temporary (12 months, leave relief) Full-Time.
- Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Year 1-2
- Remuneration: $33.30-$34.33 per hour, excluding superannuation.
- Accurate and timely data entry into Patient Administration Systems.
- Undertake a high-volume workload and be available to assist others when required.
- Audit and reassemble discharged patient records, locating prior notes as applicable and using hybrid systems.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the availability of complete and timely medical records.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft suites and experience with patient databases.
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality requirements in a hospital/health care setting.

- Ability to work in a busy environment, process high volume workloads, and to communicate effectively.
- Experience in a Medical Record Department or similar environment with the responsibility of maintaining patient records in hybrid formats.
