About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Administration Officer (Receptionist) to join our team in Orange, NSW. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, managing the front desk and appointment scheduling.
- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean reception area and register new patients in the EMR system.
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with forms and documents.
- Process payments and insurance claims accurately.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies, and
- Contribute to a positive office culture.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administration.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Enthusiasm for continuous quality improvement.
