About the role:
The Clinical Information Clerk is responsible for the efficient and effective provision of the administrative/clerical services within the Clinical Information Department.
- We are a 24/7 department; however, this position would have access to casual shifts Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm
- There are numerous roles within the department which our team rotate through regularly including prepping, scanning and checking medical records and a front desk reception role
- The Clinical Information Services Manager, and Office Supervisor will be supporting the applicant in this role
- We use the “buddy-style” training method by pairing the applicant with a suitable experienced staff member
- There will be ongoing education and training provided

About you:
- You will be an experienced Administration Officer, ideally with scanning experience
- You are a reliable and organised person with high attention to detail and are proficient with computers
