We are looking to hire a Community Hub Coordinator/Administration Support role based in Armidale.
The position of Community Hub Coordinator/Administration Support holds great significance within the Armidale Community Support Hub and Homes North. This multifaceted role is dynamic and constantly evolving, encompassing tasks related to engaging stakeholders, managing bookings, and coordinating facilities within the Armidale Community Support Hub. Additionally, the role encompasses a diverse array of administrative support responsibilities including organisation and support for a wide range of meetings, assisting with events, managing purchases for merchandise and providing general administrative assistance to the Service Improvement & Partnerships team at Homes North.
A part-time, school hours or job share arrangement would be considered for this role.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has experience in the following areas:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a diverse workspace with regular interruptions and change in priorities
- Proactive approach and autonomous work ethic
- Engaging communication style with community engagement mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous administration/facilities management or hub coordination experience
- Current Drivers License
- Current Criminal History Check
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Community services (or equivalent) is desirable
- Experience within the Community Services sector or organisation is desirable
