Role overview
Australia's leading freight and logistics company is looking for an Administration Officer to join their Edgeworth depot. Their Administrative team is the key to the success of their operations and you will join a hard working team who keep things moving!
Duties include performing administration tasks, team management of a ticket based system, delivery enquiries, troubleshooting delivery issues, customer service both electronically and face to face.
Hours are 38 hours p/w 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, there is some flexibility with these hours. This role has the view to permanency.

- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate administration skills, experience using MS Suite or in house systems
- Ability to contribute to a team environment with a wide range of colleagues
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot
- Eagerness to learn
