About the Role
Reporting to the Manager – Employment Services, you will be a part of a Central Team based out of our Adelaide office on Hutt street.
You will be responsible for handling staff enquiries and providing support to our operational sites, through completing various tasks that will contribute to improved performance on a company level.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily management of a staff enquiries inbox;
- Completing daily audits of Provider Appointments and providing feedback;
- Conducting quality job search assessments and providing feedback to Job Coaches;
- Manage and monitor Participant MOR’s are appropriate;
- Daily monitoring of guidelines and contractual information;
- Liaise and build relationships with internal MADEC staff in a professional way;
- Providing support, advice and practical employment assistance to participants where required;
- Use reporting to identify gaps and/or opportunities in performance or adherence to guidelines and/or MADEC policies and procedures;
- Ensuring KPI’s relating to reporting, documentation, evaluation performance are completed and achieved within the required timeframes;
- Maintaining and updating information systems, including participant files.
About You
For success, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Sound digital literacy;
- Attention to detail;
- Highly developed emotional intelligence;
- Ability to handle difficult situations and conflict;
- Well displayed skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
- KPI/performance target background.
- A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
