Job Description:Reporting to the Project Manager, the Administration officer will be responsible for providing effective high-level administration support to the contract functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our newly acquired Intellihub contract. The position will require you to work full time Monday to Friday from our Kirrawee office.
About You- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including internal and external stakeholders
- Great attention to detail
- Highly reliable
- Scheduling experience - highly desirable
- Knowledge of the Utilities industry - preferred but not essential
