Proficiency Testing Australia (PTA) is looking to appoint an Administration Officer who will provide administrative support to the PTA team to ensure the successful delivery of PTA’s activities. Business minded, accountable and sound attention to detail, this role always requires confidentiality and professionalism.
To be successful in the role, you will be experienced in providing exceptional customer service, mail and courier services, procurement of office supplies and providing administrative support to your team. If you are self-motivated, highly organised with effective interpersonal and communications skills then this position could be for you.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills encompassing the ability to liaise with other staff, clients, and external organisations.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel with the ability to use databases.
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work to PTA’s policies and quality management system.
