This role will initially be 24 hours per week to 6 May 2024, and then increase to full time hours
What you'll be doingThe Administrative Officer provides administrative support to the Children’s
Court Clinic and assists the Director. The position reports directly to the Client Services Manager and the Director. The position will assist the current the Client Services Manager, The Director and the Project Officer.
- An understanding of the roles of the Children’s Court Clinic and the NSW Children’s Court, and a commitment to high level client service in this setting
- Efficient and effective event management, report production and project management skills;
- Effective interpersonal and team participation skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and role flexibility
- Professional administrative skills, and high level research and project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and Word, and strong computer skills, including accurate and reliable emails and internet skills, word processing, database entry, information management and retrieval
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a high work volume and stressful setting
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- High level written and spoken communication skills
