If this sounds like you...VSRP a well-established Rubber Company, based in South Windsor is looking for someone like you to join our winning Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the logistics of stock to Clients
- Entering stock into the inventory system
- Raising the Supplier invoices into the Xero Accounting software
- Assisting the warehouse manager on stock management
- Answering stock and account related calls and emails
- Other adhoc duties as required
To Excel in this role you will ideally have:
- Good attention to detail, be able to work efficiently unsupervised
- The ability to coordinate and manage various tasks at all levels
- Proficient experience with MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Some experience with Xero
- Good time management skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills and be a team player
- A positive can do attitude
