About Us:
NT Link is a family owned and independently operated business that specialises in the design and fabrication of transportable commercial and residential buildings.
The Role:
As Administration Officer, you will perform a diverse range of organisational Administration support activities to different business units and Business Managers.
Primary areas of accountability for this role are:
- To own the customer experience for those visiting or calling the branch through receptionist duties
- Various data entry, banking and Finance support responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for major project works as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing post/courier requirements for the office
- Providing support where required on audit activities (primarily for the Safety and transport areas)
- Book employee travel as approved by Executive Leadership team
- Manage office amenities and supplies
- Other Administrative duties as required
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an hour lunch break (unless otherwise agreed).
Ideal Candidate for this role:
As a suitable candidate for this role, you will have atleast 12 months previous experience in an Administration role. You will have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
You will be comfortable and experienced working with multiple Microsoft Office programs and hold a current Drivers Licence.
Previous experience using Accounting software is advantageous, however, not essential.
Candidates may be asked to complete a National Police Clearance as part of the selection process.
