This position is based at various project sites across the NT and on a 3 and 1 or 2 and 1 Roster. The successful candidate will be required to live and work on site in a works camp.

- Previous administration experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Work Health Safety Legislation preference will be given to applicants with CERT IV Health & Safety
- Knowledge and understanding of office technology & telecommunication requirements.
- Knowledge of Procurement procedures
- Well-developed computer skills, using Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and effectively utilise other computer systems and technology
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, and well developed oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work accurately and under pressure, with minimal supervision, but be able to take direction
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Demonstrated ability to attend to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Willingness to respond to multiple requests at any one time and ability to prioritise workload
- Construction Industry White Card, or ability to acquire
- Current Drivers Licence
