- Permanent Part-Time (32 hours/3 to 4 days per week).
- Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Year 1-2.
- Remuneration: $33.30-$34.33 per hour, excluding superannuation.
- Timely distribution of all approved medical documents both internally and externally.
- Ensure provider details are accurate for all referring doctors in Data Administration programs.
- Using the relevant patient software systems to accurately proofread and format medical letters, referrals and other documents.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Demonstrated high level communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated competence in administrative skills in a health care setting or similar.
- Demonstrated computer and general literacy with accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
- Medical terminology certificate or equivalent demonstrated medical typing working experience.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in respect of hospital matters for patients and staff.
- Ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity as a member of a multidisciplinary team and unsupervised.
