Our client, a boutique landscape design company who are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer. Reporting directly to the business owners, this permanent full-time position encompasses a range of administrative support and reception duties.
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Administration Officer, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and design team.
- Serve as the welcoming face for all new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for online and phone inquiries.
- Facilitate client communications and schedule meetings.
- Manage and oversee the online project management system.
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with switch operations and some prior experience with data entry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills.
