Attractive annual salary ranging from $63,587 to $73,897 plus 11% superannuation THE OPPORTUNITY This 12 month contract is a dynamic and challenging position responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Regional Experience Branch to support the effective operations of the cultural tourism facilities and delivery of cultural services across the region such as the Old Dubbo Gaol, Western Plains Cultural Centre, The Wellington Caves and Caravan Park and the soon to be constructed Wiradjuri Tourism Centre. This role supports the Cultural Development Team who deliver actions for the SPARC Dubbo Regional Cultural Plan in developing experiences across the region including curation services, museum, collection, local studies, exhibitions, cultural programming, cultural events and public art. The role is also responsible for supporting Branch operations in line with corporate policy and delivery of a quality customer experience including procurement, stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring and reporting. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately and efficiently provide the Manager and Branch Coordinators with administrative services including correspondence and corporate reporting Demonstrated high level skills in the operation of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, database and other computer applications relevant to the organisation Providing support to branch staff in effective use of corporate and branch systems and processes including document and correspondence management Providing administrative support for major projects across the branch including coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes Provide digital communications support including website administration, social media content and online customer service platforms Support service delivery and community and stakeholder engagement opportunities ABOUT YOU You are an administration professional, seeking a challenging role in a large Local Government organisation. You will enjoy working within a diverse and creative team and have excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You are comfortable working with branch coordinators to identify and recommend opportunities to improve service delivery or operational processes, in order to maximise efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
