We find ways to make people's lives better.About the role – Permanent Part-Time 0.6FTE/max term contract until December 2024 with view to extendThe People and Culture Team provides expertise and support across the full employee lifecycle, including business partnering, HR operations, work health and safety, learning and development, volunteering, talent acquisition and development. Focused on creating a culture and workplace where staff can perform at their best to provide high quality client outcomes.You will work closely with our Work Health Safety (WHS) and Injury Management (IM) team to support and administer safety programs and initiatives, maintain records, and support the overall safety culture within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in Injury Management, supporting the effective administration and coordination for the return-to-work processes.Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Assist in the development and implementation of safety polices, procedures, and training programsCoordinate and schedule safety initiatives and programmed training sessions, including emergency response skills retention drillsPerform administrative tasks related to Work Health and Safety, such as creation and communication of agendas, minutes, data entry, information and record management and correspondenceRemain current with WHS legislation and applicable, relevant standards to ensure organisation requirements.About you:Are you the kind of person who's driven by a genuine commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of others?
