About the Role
This is full time, Permanent Role, working closely with whole team, responsible for providing administration support to the business to achieve our key business objectives
This multifaceted position is integral in providing reception and administration support to 1847 Wines and Chateau Yaldara
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reception and switchboard functions are covered appropriately between 9:00am and 5:00pm each working day.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, external agencies and stakeholders of the business as required.
- Coordinate relevant meetings, arrange catering, record meeting minutes accurately and distribute within defined time frames.
- Provide the department manager’s with administration and project support, as required, that are within employee’s competency and experience.
- Assist with external quality audits for accreditation and collate corrective actions to ensure consistent and compliant adherence to company policies and processes;
- Schedule and attend Safety Committee meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on outstanding actions arising from Committee meetings.
- Co-ordinate the preparation, distribution and recording of incident investigations and near miss reports and follow up insurance claims.
- Manage stationery and uniforms purchase and store
- Assist with coordinating all compliance training, in conjunction with the department managers.
- Maintain site registers to comply with all legal and company requirements.
- Assist the relevant Managers with recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes.
- Assist with general support, issue resolution and asset management processes for the organisation’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
- Support the services of accounts payable as required.
- Assist with monthly stocktaking as required
About You

- Be presentable, approachable, and demonstrate a ‘can-do-attitude’ at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and communication and co-ordination skills are essential.
- Be able to clearly demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software/database applications.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but is not essential.
Remuneration will be discussed with the successful candidate, based on skills and expertise.
