Australian Training Plus is seeking a motivated Administration Officer with a focus on accurate data entry, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst supporting quality learning outcomes.
About Us
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) as part of Joblink Plus, is a for-purpose, not-for-profit organisation collectively providing employment services and vocational training. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and employment service provider, we deliver accredited face-to-face, work based and online training across NSW in over 60 qualifications and short courses, with Joblink Plus delivering employment services to communities across rural and regional NSW. We provide support to our communities through direct contributions, social enterprise, volunteering and partner with numerous organisations with shared values. About Role
This fast-paced role is responsible for accurate data entry, office administration and student liaison in Vocational Education and Training.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Accurate and timely data entry and management,
• Following up all leads and enquiries in a timely manner,
• Develop and maintain professional relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders,
• Preparation of trainer & student documentation and reports to internal and external stakeholders and governing bodies.
About You
You will have first class administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude with great communication skills. Your motivated attitude will enable you to achieve results and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Vocational educational experience desirable but not essential.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have,
• Extensive experience with Microsoft suite of software and the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications,
• High level organisation, coordination skills and administrative capability,
• First rate attention to detail,
• Excellent administration, written communication skills and computer literacy,
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively,
• Ability to establish, build and maintain effective relationships,
• A customer service approach, ensuring professionalism is always maintained,
• Experience working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) preferred.
Requirements
• Current NSW Drivers licence
• NSW Working with Children Check (or prepared to obtain)
• National Criminal History Check (or prepared to obtain)
