Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the accounts receivable function in addition to general administration and office duties of a timber processing mill in Penrose NSW.
This position is casual involving approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Key Duties
- Generating and sending sales invoices.
- Answer phones and attending to customer account queries.
- Maintain customer files including the preparation and distribution of monthly statements.
- Data entry of production information.
- Processing and receipting payments.
- Reconciliation of debtor's.
- Investigating and resolving any inventory irregularities with the assistance of the Finance Manager.
- Purchasing of general supplies (both for production and the office).
- General administration duties as required.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Account receivable experience.
- Data entry skills and experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive team attitude with the ability to work within a diverse range of people.
- Ability to to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the use of accounting software.
- Experience and proficiency in excel and word.
