This role will be based in Sydney office.
ROLE
As part of the Customer Engagement Team, this role sits in a critical part of the organisation focused on achieving growth and customer retention. You will have direct contact with potential students and provide advice on training options and study requirements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- First point of contact for students to discuss enrolments, online applications and phone enquiries
- Assist when required for the coordination of assessment scheduling, across programs
- Managing the enrolments inbox on a daily basis respond to all prospective student email enquiries
- Support administrative and operational management aspects relating to any Graduation
- Ensure that all enrolments and registrations and associated activities are processed within agreed service levels and customers receive communications promptly.
- Advise students and customers of completion requirements, and assist with student support to ensure completion
- Undertake course completion checks and verifications
- Process all enrolment and registration payments efficiently and accurately
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Customer service & Administration experience in an office setting (Minimum 3 years)
- Customer service or admin experience in an Education setting highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Understanding and empathy of the student experience
- Experience or ability to learn systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Stripe, EFT
- Ability to maintain accuracy when completing repetitive task
