Your opportunity to joining a stablished company based in the Southern Sydney on a 6 months temporary role as a Administration Officer.
About the role:This role will be reporting directly to the Admin Manager and will predominantly be focused on providing support to the operations department, making sure all the admin processes are running efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Weekly timesheet management
- Reception coverage when required
- Chargeable SAP data entry
- Portal updating and compliance
- Raise SAP purchase orders and SDI Numbers
- Maintain and update Chargeable Policies and Procedures
- Maintain service database
- General ad hoc duties
- Write reports
- Support operations managers in meetings as required
- Reviewing processes
- Processing all service billings
- Rights to work on a full-time basis (candidates on student visas will not be considered)
- 2 years of proven experience in Office Administration or related experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Experience with SAP will be regarded
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
