Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact using your customer service skills to assist in our digital transformation across Metro North Health? The Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) Project are seeking multiple Administration Officers to support our Go-Live period for Redcliffe Hospital, Community Services and Bribie Island Satellite Hospital. We have full time and part time temporary contracts available, spanning across morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Providing administrative support to the ieMR Digital Command Centre during go-live periods, inclusive of assisting callers in raising IT tickets.
- Providing administrative support for the preparation of ieMR go-live periods, inclusive of support products and locations.
- Other project activities to support the successful implementation of ieMR across our facilities.
About the role
- This role is a temporary 8 week contract to assist with the ieMR Go-Live period for Redcliffe Hospital, Community Services and Bribie Island Satellite Hospital.
- Full time or part time contracts available.
Monday to Sunday shifts available; 6:00am
- 2:06pm, 7:00am
- 3:06pm, 9:54am
- 6:00pm, 1:54pm
- 10:00pm and 9:54pm
- 6:00am.
- Travel across Metro North facilities may be required.
