Who You Are:
As a Flight Operations Administration Officer, you are an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a background in aviation operations. You excel in administrative tasks, data analysis, and performance metrics within an operational setting. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage complex schedules and tasks will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Fleet Managers (Flight and Cabin Crew) and the Head of Flight Operations (HOFO), this full-time position is responsible for:
• Roster Management: Developing and managing effective aircrew rosters to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Training Coordination: Collaborating with the training department to schedule and plan for crew training and certification, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Data Analysis: Analysing operational data and providing detailed reports to Fleet Managers (Flight and Cabin Crew) and the HOFO to aid in strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Expense Management: Managing aircrew allowances and handling approvals for crew expenses in accordance with company policies.
• Communication: Attending operational meetings, gathering essential information, and ensuring effective communication of relevant updates to Fleet Managers (Flight and Cabin Crew) and the HOFO.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all operations align with regulatory compliance, particularly with CASA requirements and company policies.
• Liaison: Acting as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective forward planning and coordination of operational activities.
• Documentation Management: Overseeing the distribution and management of company documentation to ensure that all operational staff have access to up-to-date and relevant information.
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in aviation operations, with a focus on crew scheduling or operations management.
• Proven administrative and organisational capabilities within an aviation environment.
• Experience in data analysis and performance metrics within an operational setting.
